Man these brothers are doing “Ghetto Olympics” too. With heavy ass Timberland boots on too!! I think somebody needs to come up with a way to make this into a marketable sport within the ghetto. This needs to get out there. I can do a few of these things from when I stayed in Crown Heights in Brooklyn at some of the parks we have there. But these guys are on a whole other world with it. Goes to show you how people with little resources can be so innovative. Incredible to watch!!!

and i have 3 months from the first time i got to the dym. i am double i can say. but probably because my dad was a huge fighter and i got it from him.
it depends if you train too hard before you’ve gron up it will damage your growing

No it’s not i started working out at 12, didn’t stunt my growth. It actually seemed like it helped i’ve grown taller than all of my brothers
man these guys train hard- goes to show- you can have a 24 hour gym pass- but at the end of the day- its gonna come down to how hard u train- and genetics.
I bet you any money 99% of army guys CAN’T do this stuff. Army guys aren’t super soldiers, they’re just regular guys that can run with a heavy pack and do a few pushups
@thedudeavinash NONE of that is in PT… PT is all basic stuff nowadays what they have in that video is showing off. army guys CAN do that, but they dont require it
@Akula04 start with basic shoulder stuff like shrugs and lifting straight up and diagonal with weights. also use the shoulder press and work on rotating with weights (google can help for images) then move onto the bar… btw he was just shifting his body weight xD
how do you train the muscle groups that allow you to rotate around your shoulders? Basically allowing you to rotate your body while you are gripping a bar. I have 0 strength there and I have no idea how to train that.

if you were to do proper weight lifting and such you could stunt your growth, but stuff like sit ups and press ups would have no harm
