    you should do cardio like this at least 3 times a week, each session lasting about 20-20 minutes. You would start to notice a difference after 6 weeks

    I am interested in the routine however all of the instructers I have ever worked with perform the ‘upcoming moves’ so that the class can see the transition and follow it sensibly. Jumping straight into a new move with only verbal warning may be a bit restricting to people who are unfamiliar to the routine.
