Is this also known as Barbell shrug?
Looks simple enough after seeing it demonstrated.
This is one of my favorite exercises to do.
Depends how the muscle feels – many other exercises involve the trapezius. Usually I give a muscle group two good workouts per week but it all depends on what other training you do, rest, nutrition etc.
he slows down at the end as he realises he’s forgotten the word too, lol =P

That’s how you do the barbell front “traps”.
Should be “shrugs”
