hammer curls concentrate the lateral head of the biceps and the standard curls does a bit a both with emphasis on the medial head.. mayb your medial head lacks strenghth?
well nice vid but if the arms are a lil more stretched down and normal speed when your hands are going down and very slow on your way up , very good exercise if u want a shaped front biceps and i’s good if u have a short biceps it will make it longer .
question is, how are your arms compared to his?
