    You guys are all jealous! If you perform these exercises you get a body of an indian god!
    ie sick arms and trunk for a nose.
    Maker sure that when you perform the second exercise shown in this video that you put a metal plate on your Ass or else you might get something shoved up your asshole (depending on your partner)
